Established over 40 years ago, my client houses 15.000 employees across 15 countries and boasts annual revenues of 6€ billion. They are renowned for combining IT solutions and consulting services with sales of IT hardware and software products. Due to a recent major S/4HANA implementation project , they are now searching for a new SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who wants to build and shape the HR-IT landscape in a fast-growing SAP environment. Tasks As part of a global SAP SuccessFactors team, you will play a key role in designing and building new SAP Employee Central & Time processes. This role combines hands-on configuration, solution design, and technical solution architeture.

Lead the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors processes and modules Take full technical responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time modules Assist the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with BTP, HCM and SAC Help with solution architecture and providing technical leadership Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users Profile 3+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Strong understanding of HR processes Languages - fluent German We offer Excellent salary package Remote working model (60-80%) Flexible working hours International working culture World-class training academy Company pension Regular health check ups Modern working headquarters Free health sessions and on-site gym Free food, drink and in-house restaurants Additional contact details If you are interested,
