Having already hired two experts this year, they are now looking for an additional Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to help shape the project roadmap, play a key role in the implementation, and support the growth of the SuccessFactors team.
They are a multi-billion € organization with over 1 00 years existence and operate in more than 50 countries world-wide. They are preparing for a global transformation from their legacy HCM system to SAP SuccessFactors, with the project due to begin later this year.
The Role As the SAP SuccessFactors Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering the organisation's global SuccessFactors strategy. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you will lead the transition from a legacy HCM platform to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring a scalable and successful global rollout.
