We are seeking a highly motivated IT Strategy & Operations Consultant to support the Vice President of IT in a dynamic, international environment. IT Strategy and Operations Consultant Our client is an international client located in Geneva.

Description In this role you will serve as a key point of coordination between the VP of IT and multiple IT managers, providing both technical insight and project oversight across international initiatives.

Strategic Support Act as a trusted advisor and "right hand" to the VP of IT on strategic and operational matters Provide technical input and challenge IT project approaches to ensure sound decision‑making Contribute to the definition and execution of IT strategy across international operations Project & Portfolio Management Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of IT and IoT projects across multiple regions Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives Facilitate communication between IT managers and leadership Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and strategic goals Technical Coordination Engage with IT managers and technical teams to review project architectures and solutions Act as the "technical eye" for the VP, ensuring consistency, quality, and feasibility Support decision‑making on complex technical topics Operations & Governance Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting Prepare executive‑level reports, dashboards, and presentations Monitor KPIs and performance indicators across the IT portfolio Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage and track IT‑related invoices and budgets in coordination with finance teams Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial processes Support cost control and optimization initiatives Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or strategy roles Strong understanding of IT systems, architectures, and project delivery methodologies Experience working in an international and multicultural environment Work closely with senior leadership in a high‑impact role Participate in international, large‑scale IT initiatives Gain a broad and strategic view of IT operations and transformation English proficiency Job Offer Attractive environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr This role acts as a strategic and technical advisor, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives while driving operational excellence across a wide portfolio of projects.
