Translate business needs into applicable functional specifications via leading prototyping and fit-gap approaches. /liliDesign, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance existing system functionalities; develop new features per business requirements. /liliCreate system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, test plans, and scripts. /liliResponsible for installation of new systems and new releases into maintenance and productive environments, following SDLC and change management procedures. /liliEnsure validation, audit, and legal compliance of systems throughout their lifecycle. /liliSupport business in creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Training, etc., as needed. /liliProvide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams. /liliDevelop and evaluate ideas, options, and solutions.
