Translate business needs into applicable functional specification via leading prototyping and fit-gap approaches. /pp• Design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance existing system functionalities; develop new features per business requirements. /pp• Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, installation scripts, OQs/PQs, test plans, and scripts. /pp• Responsible for installation of new systems and new releases into maintenance and productive environment, following SDLC and change management procedures /pp• Ensure validation, audit, and legal compliance of system throughout lifecycle. /pp• Support business in creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Training, etc. as needed. /pp• Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes to appropriate IT teams. /pp• Develop and evaluate ideas, options and solutions.
