Your Day to Day

• Support us in integrating our SAP software solutions into the customer’s business environment using your consulting skills, knowledge of order-to-cash processes, and SAP expertise.
• Prepare and implement our software projects from conception to implementation and go-live, handling all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Lead communication with national and international customers, acting as the primary contact for topics such as connecting external data suppliers, certificates, encryption, and data exchange.
• Analyze relevant business processes, record customer requirements, create technical concepts, and conduct and document system tests.

What makes you excel in this position

• Degree in a technical or business discipline, or comparable education with professional experience.
• Knowledge of key financial processes in general and the cash application process in particular. Basic SAP know-how and a good understanding of Serrala CashApp solutions.
• Minimum of two years’ experience covering the full client service cycle from sales to cash and customer satisfaction.
• Expertise in at least one specific Serrala solution and broad knowledge about the CashApp solution group.
• Initial knowledge of SAP customising is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Ownership of tasks, attention to detail, high-quality mindset, proactive attitude, and teamwork.
