• Development, conceptualization and support of omnichannel campaigns
• Analysis of customer data and CRM campaigns based on defined KPIs
• Identification of optimization potential of automated marketing processes
• Technical, data-driven, and subject-matter expertise regarding the selection and use of various tools, features, and applications, taking individual requirements into account

Your background.

What does it take?

• Degree with a focus on business informatics, information management, computer science or economics or extensive training with a comparable IT background
• You find digital marketing processes and automation exciting and want to play an active role in shaping and improving them.
• You think analytically, enjoy solving problems, and don't lose sight of the big picture while doing so.
• Explaining complex topics in a way that's easy to understand? That's your forte, and it makes you a valuable point of contact for our customers.
• You are fluent in German—both written and spoken—and have at least a C1 level of proficiency to provide professional and reliable support to our customers in German-speaking countries.
• You work independently and take initiative, but you also enjoy being part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of project management, SQL, and/or Python? A plus, but not required.
