We advise our clients on strategy, technical, and implementation topics in areas such as credit processes, property valuation, risk and liquidity management, covered refinancing, and reporting.

Responsibilities • Develop targeted and specific solutions or models to address our clients' challenges. • Handle complex strategy, technical, and implementation projects, gradually taking on leadership of work packages and subprojects. • Advise clients on strategy, governance, and processes in the areas of credit, property valuation, and risk management. • Support the development of consulting products considering client needs, market trends, and strategic goals of vdpConsulting AG. • Assist the management board in the company's strategic development, recruitment, and internal processes, including responsibility for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications • Completed university degree in economics or a comparable field. • Initial practical experience in the credit or real estate industry or in a consulting firm focusing on financial services. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel.
