Junior Consultant – Marketing Analytics (m/w/d)
Mercedes‑Benz Consulting GmbH is looking for a motivated Junior Consultant to join our team in Leinfelden‑Echterdingen.
Support briefing and oversight of implementation by developer teams: translate tracking requirements into tickets/user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinate with product/IT, and perform functional acceptance (testing/QA) of implementation.
This full‑time, permanent position focuses on web and app traffic analysis, tracking implementation and data‑driven insights to support our clients' marketing strategies. Responsibilities Support traffic and usage analysis for web & app (KPIs, funnel, cohort, journey analytics) in Google Analytics 4.
Assist in the conception of tracking (measurement plan) & specifications: KPI/conversion definition, GA4 event/parameter taxonomy, naming conventions, consent requirements, and creation of tracking documentation & blueprints.
Collaborate on the development of reports & dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI (data modeling, visualization, automated rule‑based reporting) and derive insights and recommendations.
Actively advise clients on use cases, KPI frameworks, and the Marketing‑Analytics tech stack (e.g., GA4, consent‑management, BI/reporting) with a focus on concept, requirements and scalable reporting setups.
