Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Install, configure, and maintain the ERP system to ensure it functions properly and supports business operations.
• Perform custom coding to adapt the ERP system to specific needs, including creating new features, modifying existing functionalities, or fixing bugs.
• Collaborate directly with end-users to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the support team to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct software testing, and implement fixes.
• Update software documentation, including design specifications, code details, and release notes.
Professional Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Programming experience is required, particularly with languages such as Java, Python, or SQL, along with knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Infor.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues that arise during ERP system implementation and maintenance, as well as to create customized solutions.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Summary
As a Junior Consultant in ERP Technology and Development, your primary responsibility is to provide technical support for the implementation, maintenance, and customization of ERP systems.
The goal is to ensure the system is properly configured, operates efficiently, meets the company’s technological requirements, and is tailored to the specific needs of its users.
