Job Responsibilities
• Installation and setup of medicalvalues solutions at our clients' sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration of on-site IT systems (hospital information systems / practice management systems)
• Supporting clients with integrating our applications into their IT infrastructure and network (Telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
• Conducting training sessions and providing user support
• Point of contact for clients in support cases
Requirements
• You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are highly motivated to start a career in this field
• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
• Customer orientation and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
• Goal-oriented working style, quick grasp of new concepts, and proactively contributing your own ideas
