We are seeking a Labor Relations Consultant to join our Employee Experience (EX) team in Munich. Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in encouraging constructive and productive labor relations by partnering closely with our German Works Council.
The ideal candidate combines deep labor relations expertise with strong stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Act as the main liaison for interactions and consultations with the Works Council.
Lead and coordinate information and consultation processes, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, managing communications, and coordinating expert audits when required. Manage Works Council committees and coordinate related budgets and administrative processes.
Negotiate Works Council agreements and employment‑related initiatives that align with strategic objectives and employee interests. Gather feedback from employee representatives and Works Council members, providing meaningful insights and updates to key collaborators. Continuously improve processes and drive consistency in o
