AI helps assess applications and qualifications, but final decisions are made by our hiring team. Learning Program Design Consultant (AI-Enabled) Designs and delivers structured learning programs that support employee development, career growth, and business goals.

Works with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs, build clear learning paths, and ensure programs lead to measurable skill and performance improvement.
