We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Asset Management / Securities to join our team and support our financial institution clients.

Responsibilities • Provide legal support on asset management, securities brokerage, and wealth management activities across the region. • Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation, including fund constitutive documents, investment management and distribution agreements, and brokerage/trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, futures, and options). • Review client‑facing and marketing materials for funds, portfolios, and wealth management products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Monitor regulatory developments, update internal policies/templates, and deliver training to business and support teams on securities and asset management legal issues.

Compensation, Benefits & Working Location This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, including health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions, and more.

Requirements • 1–4 years of post‑qualification experience, experienced in securities, funds, or asset management law at a reputable law firm or financial institution. • Excellent contract drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese, ideally including Mandarin proficiency.
