Management Consultant (m/f/d) Business & Operations Design – Financial Services Zurich | Entry-level (0–2 years experience) At Implement Consulting Group, we put humans at the core of transformation. From the beginning, you will take on responsibility and contribute to projects such as: Designing and implementing operating models Supporting organizational transformations and new ways of working Optimizing business processes with a digital‑first mindset Establishing performance management frameworks Exploring the business value of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) Supporting post‑merger integrations and carve‑outs Preparing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders Supporting transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, and other Financial Services organizations In addition to client work, you will have the opportunity to develop your own capabilities and contribute to shaping our growing practice and local culture.

What You Bring You are about to complete, or have recently completed, a master’s degree from a top university (e.g., business, engineering, economics, finance, or related fields) with strong academic results.

You also: Have up to 2 years of relevant experience (e.g., internships, working student roles, or full‑time experience) Have an interest in Financial Services and how the industry is evolving Are analytically strong and enjoy solving complex problems Communicate clearly and work well in collaborative environments Bring a structured and proactive approach to your work Are curious about how organizations function and how they can improve Thrive in a project‑based, fast‑paced setting Are fluent in German and English What We Offer At Implement, you will join a high‑trust, non‑hierarchical environment where your development and impact go hand in hand.
