Requirements • Excellent master’s degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus) • Several years’ experience with top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on Pharma • Track record of working on diverse national and international strategic projects • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with high attention to detail • Great team player, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills • C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, salary information will be shared during the recruitment process.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits and wellbeing package. As a Manager Consulting, you'll design, execute, and steer strategic initiatives within Boehringer Ingelheim. You'll independently coordinate project tasks, run data analyses, develop hypotheses and strategize solutions.

Tasks & responsibilities As Manager Consulting, you will support in the design, execution and steering of strategic initiatives across businesses, functions, therapeutic areas, and regions within Boehringer Ingelheim.

You will independently drive work packages within projects, generating strategic insights to enable informed decisions of top-level leaders. With your experience, you will run data analyses, develop hypotheses, find possible strategic paths and create actionable solutions to advance the organization.
