Responsibilities
• You advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy
• You analyze the IT landscape and identify optimization opportunities
• You develop and design IT solutions tailored to clients' individual needs
• You support the implementation of IT solutions and ensure their long-term success
• You build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners and actively participate in new client acquisition
• You lead and coach a team of consultants
• You support proposal processes, drive business development activities, and actively contribute to thought leadership on strategic topics
• As a project manager, you take independent responsibility for topics that interest you, develop areas of focus, and continuously expand your expertise
Requirements
• Extensive relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a related field
• Knowledge of stakeholder and project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
• Several years of leadership experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Proven network and several years' experience in project sales, particularly in new client acquisition and in expanding and maintaining client relationships
• Strong professional positioning as a thought leader, with the ability to advance client topics through forward-looking insights and contribute to market and business development
• Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field
