Manager (m/w/d) · Group Strategy & Transformation

In this role you will support strategic initiatives through market and competitor analysis, and help prepare material for executive decisions. You will coordinate projects, track milestones and KPIs, and produce status updates. You’ll create high-quality board papers and workshop materials, and assist with ad-hoc leadership requests using data-driven insights. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling informed decisions at the top of the organization.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking and summarize findings for executive-ready presentations
• Support coordination of strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and prepare project status reports
• Assist in drafting high-quality decision papers, presentations, and workshop materials for Board-level meetings and management discussions, including follow-up docs
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, support business cases, and handle ad-hoc requests for leadership

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or project management
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving mindset with a structured, reliable way of working
• Proactive team player with initiative and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI familiarity is a plus
• Business fluent in English; German is a plus
