You will work as part of project teams, providing business consulting across our sectors and business functions, before transitioning to the next exciting career step within our company after approximately 2-4 years.

You handle interactions with internal clients, guide project teams in flat team structures, and proactively identify and apply Data & AI opportunities.

In this role, you will primarily focus on the Healthcare and Life Science sectors,ideally leveraging your scientific background in fields such as medicine,pharmacy,biologyorchemistry.Typical projects range from strategy development on sector, franchise or country level to more operational projects in various functions (R&D,Regulatory,Market Access,Operations, etc.).While your impact will be centered on these domains, you will have the flexibility to extend your influenceonstrategic initiativesbeyond this scopeas needed.As a colleague and trusted partner, you support projects from design to implementation, inspiringchangesthroughout the organization.

Who you are: Master's degree inmedicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or a related field; PhD or MBA is a plus Work experience of3–5 years in a leading managementconsulting firm, with a focus ontheHealthcare and/orLifeSciencessectors(e.g.,pharma,biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry) Functionalexpertisein at least one of the following areas:R&D, Regulatory, Market Access & Pricing, Operations,Marketing & Sales Practical experience in applying Data & AI to solve business challenges, and the passion to continue developing skills in this field Strongtrack recordof leading projects across multiple functional areas with exposure to different hierarchy levels.
