Role: Manager/Senior Manager – Strategy & Operations, Consumer Products Supply Chain Location: Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf or Munich) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + bonus and benefits We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global strategy consultancy for a Manager / Senior Manager to join their Strategy & Operations practice, focused on Consumer Products supply chain work.

What you'll be doing as Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations: • Owning complex strategy and operations programmes end-to-end, from design through to delivery and impact • Leading at least one project with a global top-tier FMCG client on core supply chain topics: network design, end-to-end cost-out, logistics and warehousing optimisation, portfolio simplification or procurement • Managing client relationships and project delivery with a high degree of autonomy, with senior partner involvement limited to 1-2 touchpoints per week • Leading and developing your project team, with clear expectations and strong day-to-day ownership • Travelling to client sites as required, in line with standard consulting project cycles • Building toward Director / Partner by contributing to offering development, team growth and client relationships What you'll bring to the position of Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations: • A background in top-tier or boutique strategy consulting (e.g.

Kearney, OC&C), promoted at least once within the same firm • Ex-industry experience within a top-tier CPG company alongside your consulting background is a strong plus • Demonstrated delivery of supply chain strategy work for FMCG or consumer goods clients • Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop consultants while operating autonomously • Fluent English; German highly desirable • Clear ambition to progress toward Director / Partner level Why this one's worth a look: A genuine opportunity to own supply chain transformation work for some of the biggest names in FMCG, with real autonomy on delivery and a clear runway toward Director / Partner.
