Manager, Supply Chain Consulting (m/f/d) – Interpath Location: Dusseldorf, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, or Vienna.

Responsibilities Performance issues – Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, cost drivers, and risks across procurement, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and distribution Supply chain strategies – Shaping operating models, network footprints, inventory strategies, and supplier portfolios that align with our client’s commercial goals Cost and working capital – Reducing supply chain costs, optimising inventory levels, and improving cash conversion Transformation programmes – Leading or contributing to large‑scale change initiatives, from restructuring supply networks to integrating acquisitions Stakeholder engagement – Working closely with procurement teams, operations leaders, finance, and external suppliers to ensure recommendations are adopted Risk and resilience planning – Helping organisations prepare for disruptions, diversify suppliers, and build more robust operating models Improving processes and systems – Streamlining workflows, implementing best‑practice planning methods, and supporting the adoption of digital tools such as ERP, S&OP/IBP platforms, or advanced analytics Qualifications Strong academic background (including a Master’s/PhD) with extensive experience in supply chain consulting or project management Previous experience managing multiple projects & staff on client site and assuming cost & implementation responsibility Proven consulting toolkit including financial analysis and stakeholder management, and presentation preparation and delivery Industry experience is advantageous Well‑developed team management and coaching skills in often urgent situations combined with excellent communication and influencing skills Native or business‑fluent German & English (C1) is essential; additional European languages such as French or Spanish are advantageous Open to working on client site both within Germany and across the EU and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
