About the job The Customer Intelligence Division is looking for a Marketing Analytics Solution Consultant to help enterprise clients unlock the value of their marketing data using advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions. Join us to make a real impact on how organizations use data to shape their marketing strategies.

Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their marketing analytics needs and design tailored solutions using our software platform. Analyze complex marketing datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation, and ROI.

Lead workshops and training sessions to enable clients on analytics best practices. Stay current with industry trends in marketing analytics, data science, and AI. Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.

Required qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or business intelligence within a software vendor, consulting, or enterprise environment.

Proven experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, R). Proven communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience applying marketing data science solutions in one or more of the following industries: financial services, retail, or telecommunications. Proven track record of leveraging customer data to drive segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization in financial services.

Experience analyzing omni-channel retail data to improve customer engagement, loyalty programs, and sales performance. Hands-on experience with telecommunications data, such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value modeling, or network usage analytics.

Familiarity with industry-specific data sources, regulatory requirements, and business processes relevant to marketing analytics in financial services, retail, or telecommunications. Proven ability to translate complex industry challenges into actionable marketing analytics solutions for enterprise clients. Bilingual – English, Spanish.

Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications. Creating a Service Reputation: Crafting and implementing service practices that meet customers’ and own organization’s needs; responding quickly to resolve difficult customer situations and regain customer confidence.

Technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical, functional, and/or professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise; leveraging expert knowledge to accomplish results.

Influencing: Using effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific work outcomes.

Communication: Conveying information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message; listening actively to others. Experience with machine learning models for marketing applications (e.g., churn prediction, customer lifetime value).

Ability to systematically analyze marketing data, identify key insights, and solve complex business problems. Skilled at building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive value. Comfortable working with marketing stakeholders, marketing business processes and cloud-based marketing technologies.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement. Experience working in a SaaS or software vendor environment.
