Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are looking for a passionate Membership Services Consultant to join our team! You'll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team; the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members.
Skills & Qualifications Experience of outbound calling – high volume involvement in a fast‑paced work environment Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload Customer Service experience Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grow count and revenue Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry Benefits Free Club Membership for you and your family!
