Dynamics 365 Functional Supply Chain Lead As a Dynamics 365 Functional Supply Chain Lead, you are considered a Supply Chain expert and have in depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O.

You are energetic and passionate about Dynamics 365 F&O and how it can be used to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing high‑level solution blueprints and design documentation.

Analyzing client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives. Converting requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents. Functional consulting, design, and configuration of D365 F&O for clients on Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing and related modules.

Handling SIT, end‑user training, UAT and Go Live. Experience in data migration activities. Managing and delivering small projects independently, leading other consultants, and ensuring successful completion of deliverables and projects.

Participating in the development of functional design documentation, technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans to perform SIT testing. Facilitating functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for decision‑making.

Project Delivery Lead (Microsoft Solutions) The Project Delivery Lead drives the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Microsoft Opportunities—including Azure, Dynamics ERP/CRM, Power Platform implementations—across Southeast Asia, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You bring strong strategic and delivery leadership to manage complex fixed‑price engagements, engage senior stakeholders, and steer execution, decision‑making, and overall delivery success across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model. Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client‑specific needs. Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long‑term trusted client relationships.

Contribute to architecture and integration discussions. Drive informed solution decisions. Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC (where applicable) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.

Manage commercially sensitive fixed‑price projects end‑to‑end, ensuring strong governance across: Scope and change management. Project planning and scheduling. Financial tracking and cost control. Risk identification and mitigation. Delivery execution and quality.

Drive results and continuous improvement in ambiguous or unstructured environments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes. Independently manage large, complex projects across BU/Practice Domains within Avanade (i.e., ERP/CRM programs) end‑to‑end, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure.
