Ensure smooth operation of a modern Microsoft Cloud environment Administer and enhance SharePoint Online portals Support and manage Exchange Online, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, Intune , and other Microsoft 365 components Design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Develop and implement cloud security strategies Monitor and maintain cloud backups Lead and execute IT projects in coordination with business teams Oversee and coordinate external service providers
