About the jobWe are currently searching for a freelance Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Data Consultant to support an ongoing data analysis and data quality management programme within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.The consultant will focus on analysing, improving and maintaining data quality across the Dynamics landscape, combining hands-on data analysis with data quality management, cleansing, validation and functional/technical consulting.Contract type: Freelance / B2BStart: ASAPDuration: Long-termLocation: Remote / HybridLanguage: EnglishRequired Skills:Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong data analysis and data quality management experienceExperience with data profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliationStrong understanding of Dynamics 365 data structures and data modelsExperience identifying and resolving data quality issues, inconsistencies and duplicatesExperience with data mapping and transformationGood knowledge of Dataverse / Dynamics data entitiesExperience with SQL, Power Query and/or Power BIUnderstanding of data governance and Master Data Management (MDM)Experience defining and implementing data quality rules and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Analyse data across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscapeIdentify data quality issues, gaps, inconsistencies and duplicatesPerform data profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activitiesDefine and implement data quality rules, controls and processesSupport improvements to overall data accuracy, completeness and consistencyAnalyse business requirements and translate them into suitable data management solutionsSupport data mapping, transformation and migration activities where requiredProduce data analysis, data quality and process documentationWork closely with business, IT and data stakeholders to resolve data-related issuesSupport the development of data governance and Master Data Management processesProvide recommendations for ongoing improvements to Dynamics 365 data qualityKey Experience:Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 dataStrong background in data analysis and data quality managementExperience with data profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliationExperience identifying and resolving complex data quality issuesStrong understanding of Dynamics 365 / Dataverse data structuresExperience with SQL, Power BI, Power Query or similar data analysis technologiesExperience with data governance and/or Master Data Management would be beneficialExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory or Power Platform would be beneficialStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
