Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant · Switzerland

An established Microsoft Dynamics consultancy is building its presence in Switzerland and is looking for experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultants to form part of the initial Swiss delivery team.

The role is customer-facing and delivery-focused, with the opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape how the Swiss operation develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations for Swiss and international customers
• Analyse customer processes and translate business requirements into D365 solutions
• Lead or take ownership of functional workstreams
• Run workshops, requirements gathering and process-design sessions
• Configure D365 F&O and support testing, training, go-live and hypercare
• Work closely with Solution Architects, developers and project leadership
• Advise customers on best-practice processes rather than simply configuring requirements
• Support presales and solution discussions where appropriate
• Contribute to building the wider Swiss consulting team over time

Relevant Functional Backgrounds

Candidates can specialise in one or more of:

• Finance
• Supply Chain Management
• Production / Manufacturing
• Master Planning
• Warehousing / Advanced WMS
• Procurement
• Commerce

Ideal Profile

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX experience
• Typically 5+ years ERP consulting experience
• Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects
• Able to independently own a functional area or workstream
• Good understanding of business processes, not just system configuration
• Experience within a Microsoft Partner / consultancy strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Interest in joining an early-stage Swiss team rather than an already mature organisation

Language

• Fluent German required
• French would be an additional benefit
