As a strongNutritional Consultant – Follow Up /strong, you will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with pet owners, providing personalized nutritional guidance, and helping them throughout their pet's nutritional journey. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines technical knowledge with empathy, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for animal health. /ppstrongWhat you'll do /strong /pulliProvide ongoing nutritional follow-up to pet owners through Farmina's digital platforms. /liliDeliver personalized nutritional recommendations via phone, messaging platforms, and mobile applications. /liliBuild trusted relationships with customers, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout their journey. /liliSupport pet owners by translating nutritional concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance. /liliEngage with online communities and digital channels to strengthen Farmina's Pet Care approach. /liliMonitor customer feedback and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. /liliCollaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and fellow Nutritional Consultants. /liliParticipate in initiatives and events that promote Farmina's nutritional services. /li /ulpstrongWhat we're looking for /strong /pulliDegree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field (preferred). /liliPrevious experience in pet nutrition, customer advisory, veterinary clinics, or customer support. /liliExcellent communication and relationship-building skills. /liliCustomer-focused mindset with high levels of empathy. /liliComfortable working with digital communication platforms and technology. /liliAbility to work independently while managing multiple customer interactions. /liliPassion for pets and commitment to delivering exceptional customer care. /li /ulpAt Farmina, we combine science, innovation, and passion to improve the lives of pets worldwide.
