We are hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany. Your Responsibilities Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS). Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems.
Take ownership of sub‑projects or work packages after onboarding. Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes. Provide remote and occasional on‑site support to customers. Your Profile Must‑have requirements: Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY‑DE and/or PT).
German language skills (minimum B2 level). Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%). Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience. Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience. Basic ABAP knowledge. English skills. Office presence required (no full remote option).
