Operations Specialists - Senior Manager/Associate Director (m/f/d) · Germany

In this role you help shape client operations to achieve sustainable performance gains. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive transformation across supply chain, manufacturing, service operations, and product development. You’ll apply deep industry and analytical expertise to deliver tangible results for clients. This is an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where you shape solutions and contribute to a growing Operations Specialists practice in Germany.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Shape and implement operation transformation programs across value chain
• Leverage industry and discipline expertise to drive client impact
• Build and maintain client relationships at multiple levels
• Support business development and delivery in Germany across sectors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Travel to client sites as needed

• Experience 4-9 years in Operations topics (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
• Proven knowledge of sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship-building with clients at all levels
