Direct message the job poster from Adroit People Limited (UK) Job title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (German Speaking) Location: Germany (Remote - need to travel to european countries whenever needed) Job Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Implementations: Take a leadership role in full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, with a deep specialization in Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules.

Solution Architecture & Design: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and compliant Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and regional nuances, especially for German deployments.

Client Engagement & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery sessions, workshops, and steering committees. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system leverage.

Configuration & Testing: Oversee and participate in the configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, develop comprehensive test strategies, and ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT).

Data Migration & Integration Strategy: Define and manage data migration approaches and integration strategies between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise systems. Project Management Support: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Business Development Support: Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, showcasing Mastek's capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, with a demonstrable track record of leading complex projects.

Deep functional and configuration expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules. Proven experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including significant experience in the European region, with specific deployments in Germany.

Fluent in German (C1/C2 equivalent) and English (business proficiency is essential) – both written and verbal. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across various industries in Europe, with specific knowledge of German labor laws and payroll requirements.

Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Cloud HCM.
