Oracle Talent / Learning / Compensation Consultant (Freelance)

For the setup of a long-term Oracle HCM expert pool, we are looking for an experienced consultant covering multiple areas across Talent Management, Learning and Compensation.We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. We understand that not every consultant covers all three modules at the same depth. Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the three areas is therefore sufficient.
