Get to know us and join our teamas Organizational Development Consultant (m/w/d) • Leadership in Organizational Consulting Projects: You will lead projects or actively participate in major organizational consulting projects.

You will shape the entire consulting process, design change and team development measures according to global standards/benchmarks, and implement them purposefully. • Team Development: You will design, conduct, and moderate team-oriented development measures in all global business units of KARL STORZ, utilizing recognized OD tools and models. • Leadership Development: You will create individual leadership and executive development measures using diagnostic tools and implement them, for example, through coaching activities. • Project Management and Stakeholder Management: You will holistically manage change projects and control external service providers within your area of responsibility. • Integration of HR Functions: You will enable local HR functions to implement change and development activities as part of change projects.

Your Talents • A completed university degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in human resources and/or organizational development, ideally in an international environment. • Experience in supporting individual and organizational change processes as well as development measures. • Strong communication and facilitation skills. • Conceptual abilities and holistic methodological competence. • Convincing presence, empathy, and assertiveness. • Advantageous: Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) and systemic coaching training. • Proficient in German and English. • Willingness to travel 10-20%. • Flexible working hours & mobile working: In many areas, working hours and location can be arranged as required • 30 vacation days and various special payments • Further training opportunities: Open in-house seminar program, extensive e-learning offering, professional development courses and much more • Corporate benefits and bicycle leasing • Subsidy for private pension plan and company health management • Various childcare options – at the headquarters in Tuttlingen • Health, sports, cultural and leisure activities – offers vary depending on location As a family-run company, we understand the value of long-term relationships and actively work on promoting them.
