Experience with other SuccessFactors modules or additional HR applications is a plus. • Due to frequent interaction with stakeholders across different regions, you have excellent English skills both written and spoken - a good command of German is a plus. • You bring strong communication skills, a high level of integrity, and flexibility. • Assertiveness, a strong team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in an agile project environment, complete your profile.

In addition, external consulting partners are available when required. Your profile • You hold a university degree or a comparable qualification and have experience in the HR / People & Culture environment, along with a strong interest in designing HR processes and HR IT systems. • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
