The P&OG Consulting Lead for Diagnostics is an important role, accountable for designing and accelerating large‑scale organisational effectiveness and transformation initiatives across the Pharma division.
This role acts as a key system‑wide link, ensuring the Consulting area of practice delivers high‑impact, consistent outcomes aligned with Roche’s long‑term ambitions.
