The Partner AI Solution Consultant Advisor - oCFO role is part of Workday's Partner AI Experience team, focused on accelerating strategic GSI and ecosystem partnerships.
Responsibilities include enabling partner teams with functional playbooks, articulating agentic AI use cases, and collaborating with solution architecture and consulting teams to ensure demo readiness. You will also support joint events, provide competitive positioning, and act as a first-line resource for partner teams.
As a Senior or Principal-level advisor, you will serve as the finance functional expert within your pod, supporting partners in positioning and delivering Workday's Financial Management suite and agentic AI solutions.
You will build expertise in Workday Financials, translate product roadmaps into outcome-driven narratives, and help partners differentiate Workday in competitive environments.
This role requires 5+ years (P4) or 7+ years (P5) of finance domain experience in Core Financials, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, or financial reporting, along with 3+ or 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or implementation roles.
Candidates must have experience working with global system integrators, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Workday's financial and AI capabilities. The position offers a base salary range of $147,400-221,200 annually for the primary location in Pleasanton, CA, with additional ranges for other US locations.
