Overview & Responsibilities This Partner level role within our Life Sciences Consulting practice leads the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts in the DACH region.
The DACH Life Sciences Consulting Partner drives profitable growth, thought leadership, and trusted advisory services across business development, transformation, and delivery. The role also pulls opportunities for other Wipro Consulting practice areas and supports large global accounts.
Relationships : Leverage a significant external network to provide Wipro with business development opportunities; forge constructive internal relationships across multiple Wipro practices to adopt a One Wipro approach to clients. Solutions : Shape and pull together the best of what Wipro can offer to drive innovative solutions to client problems.
Qualifications Develop Business, Sell & Deliver Big‑picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth across the region. Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization.
Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and capable of driving and leading customer relationships into multimillion‑dollar engagements. Self‑sufficient approach, proactive business development and effective utilization in the sell & deliver operating model after a period of embedding.
Driving Transformation Champion and passionate advocate for the Life Sciences landscape to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner. Strong ambassador for Digital Adoption and Digital Transformation. Influential internal change agent with gravitas and a business‑building mindset.
Strong program and consulting disciplines such as Project/Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines. Nurturing, developing and mentoring top talent into future consulting business leaders. Execution of organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels. Thought Leadership Strong knowledge and experience of developing and delivering strategic initiatives.
Brings own opinion on key issues facing CxO’s across the Western Europe region, demonstrating how leveraged in a collaborative environment to develop points of view and propositions. Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on regional trends.
Proactively proposes solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions. Internal content and offerings creator, writes publications, blogs and whitepapers. Utilizes social media effectively to enhance the Wipro brand presence.
