We are at the forefront of AI‑led transformation, helping global enterprises harness AI, GenAI, and technology strategy to unlock business value at scale. We are seeking a management consulting leader to establish and scale our Manufacturing consulting business across the DACH market.

This leadership role will define the regional Manufacturing advisory and consulting strategy, build a high‑impact consulting practice, and position Wipro as a market‑leading AI transformation partner. The role will drive growth across Manufacturing industries while leveraging Wipro’s broader consulting and technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities: Grow the Manufacturing consulting business across the DACH region with a focus on Manufacturing & Quality, Industry 4.0 & Digital Twin, Go‑To‑Market & After Market Experience, Sales & Supply Chain Optimization, Business Process Transformation & Business Value Assessment.

Build and grow senior client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs on AI‑led transformation, operating model, cost efficiencies and critical business transformation programmes. Lead large‑scale people and transformation programmes delivering measurable business impact.

Originate and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growth. Deliver complex, multi‑shore engagements with commercial accountability. Shape thought leadership and go‑to‑market propositions.

The consulting leader we are looking for Support Business Development, Sell & Deliver Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization. German language is mandatory.

Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and ability to drive and lead customer relationships. Important to have established networks across the DACH Manufacturing market.

Self‑sufficient approach that is both pro‑active in supporting business development opportunities and effective at creating personal utilisation in our ‘sell & deliver’ operating model. Driving Transformation Champion and advocate for AI‑powered transformation to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value.

Bring strong program and consulting disciplines (Project / Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines, etc.) ideally from Big 4, Accenture, or top‑tier management/strategy consulting firms. Talent Management Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader focused on common outcomes and goals.

Nurturing, developing, mentoring top talent into future consulting business leaders. Execution of organisational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads. Proactively seek opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels.

Thought Leadership Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing CxO agenda and experience delivering strategic initiatives with a focus on process, data and technology. Proprietary viewpoint on key issues facing CxO's across the region and ability to demonstrate how they have leveraged this in a collaborative environment.

Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on market trends. Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions, etc. Internal content and offerings creator—writes publications, blogs, whitepapers.

Utilizes social media effectively to enhance the Wipro brand presence.
