Overview In this role you partner with senior leaders to design and deliver organisational development and culture/leadership transformations at Roche. You diagnose systems to align strategy, culture and processes with business goals, and you guide global teams through sustainable change. You provide coaching and advisory support to executives, driving measurable outcomes and helping Roche advance its 10-Year Ambitions.
