PMO / Strategy Consultant - Transformation Programme (m/f/d) Location: Geneva, Duration: 5 months The Role We are looking for consultants (2-5 years' experience) to support a large-scale organisational transformation programme within a complex international environment.
You will provide analytical, PMO, and coordination support to a central strategy team, helping drive cross‑functional initiatives and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Provide analytical support (modelling, business cases, data synthesis) Structure complex problems and support strategic decision‑making Support PMO activities (tracking milestones, risks, reporting) Develop high‑quality presentations and executive materials Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement Your Profile 2-5 years' experience in consulting, PMO, or transformation programmes Strong analytical and quantitative skills (data analysis, modelling) Experience preparing executive‑ready presentations (PowerPoint) Ability to operate in fast‑paced, multicultural environments Experience in international organisations or public sector is a plus Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport. #J-18808-Ljbffr
