What You’ll Do: • Technical Scoping & Solution Design • Services Portfolio Management • Pre-Sales Collaboration • Customer Outcome Alignment • Cross-Functional Collaboration What You’ll Need: Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, professional services, or solutions architecture roles within cybersecurity or enterprise software • Deep understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR technologies, and modern security operations • Proven experience scoping and designing complex technical deployments in enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems and deployment methodologies • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security concepts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience creating SOWs, effort estimates, and project plans • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a highly technical Platform Professional Services Business Consultant to join our growing Services organization.

This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to drive successful customer outcomes through our professional services offerings. You will serve as the technical authority in the pre-sales process, working alongside Services Sales Executives to scope, design, and align our platform services to meet complex customer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform or competitive EDR/XDR solutions • Background in security consulting or managed security services • Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies, and services frameworks • Experience with identity and access management, cloud workload protection, or threat intelligence platforms • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or relevant cloud certifications • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, etc.) Note: This role may require up to 25% travel to customer sites and company events.
