R0322621) Your Mission Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business, security, and compliance requirements Design and present end-to-end data security solutions including encryption, key management, HSMs, and DSPM concepts Deliver technical workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and support Proof-of-Concept activities Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate and compelling technical content Collaborate with Sales teams, partners, and delivery teams throughout the customer lifecycle Ensure smooth handover of solution designs to Professional Services and implementation teams What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience and strong interest in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or technology consulting Background in cybersecurity vendors, system integrators, MSSPs, or security consulting environments Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as encryption, cloud security, identity, APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes Strong communication and customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Interest in learning data security platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise security architectures Familiarity with regulated industries, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or cryptography concepts is a plus Comfortable working across modern programming languages, prioritizing a basic understanding of coding principles over hands-on proficiency in any particular language Bilingual in English and German What You Can Expect A clear development path toward senior pre-sales and solution architect roles Exposure to cutting-edge data security technology and international enterprise customers A collaborative, international team environment based in Switzerland Flexible models to support work-life balance Optional savings plans for occupational pension schemes Corporate health management with regular initiatives Extensive training opportunities via the Thales Learning Hub #J-18808-Ljbffr Business and governments rely on us to bring trust to the billons of digital interactions they have with people.
