To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Pre‑Sales Consultant who plays an active role in driving our customer growth from the very beginning and contributes significantly to presenting and promoting our clinical software solutions.

Your Tasks

• Analyzing the processes and needs of potential hospital customers and demonstrating the concrete value our platform delivers
• Presenting our software solutions in a targeted, relatable way with a strong understanding of clinical realities
• Supporting the sales team with your subject‑matter expertise throughout the entire sales process, contributing directly to overall success
• Bringing feedback from the market back into our product development and actively helping to further develop our platform
• Representing Avelios at trade fairs, events, and on‑site customer meetings

Your Qualifications

• Profound experience in clinical and administrative hospital environments, ideally gained through professional experience or project work in healthcare
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and audience‑appropriate way
• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and collaboratively shaping practical digital solutions
• Basic technical understanding is helpful but not required — more important is the willingness to learn and dive into our platform
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
