Your future tasks at synvert Munich: Take over leading roles (e.g. IT-Architect, Tech Lead, Principal Consultant) in data-driven IT projects in the areas of Databricks platform engineering: project management and implementation and building strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service.

Land & Expand, Sales: Identify opportunities and risks in projects and successfully create new roles within existing projects as well as support the pre-sales and sales activities. Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and persuade customers upon initial interaction.

Close cooperation with tech partner and growing Databricks partnership. Apply analytical thinking to optimize internal processes. Coach practice members, driving the success of the Databricks cluster at synvert Munich. Collaboration within the synvert group for Databricks related topics.

Requirements >6 years of experience in the area of Platform / Data Engineering & consultancy Excellent knowledge of Databricks, and hands-on experience Experience with managing projects as well as hands-on implementation of the Cloud/ Data Engineering projects Excellent programming skills (e.g. Java, Python, Spark; object-oriented).

Any other language considered a plus Strong technical skills in emerging data technologies, especially in Databricks Best Practices in designing and setting up data platforms via IaC (with all respective security related requirements) Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Information Management or in similar qualification Certifications in Databricks: e.g.
