As the internal consulting unit of the Allianz Group, we partner with operating entities worldwide to drive transformation across digital, sustainability, and operational excellence - and here, you grow fast and take ownership early.Key responsibilities / You will get to:Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignmentsAnalyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve themContribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement ManagerProvide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account managementOversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completionDiscuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projectsGeneral contribution to Allianz ConsultingEnsure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and trainingKey requirements / What we hope you bring:University degree or equivalent experienceOperational insurance business and/ or consultancy experience for more than 5 yearDemonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformationProject and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvementExperience in change management, quality management, integration and re-organization as well as training and lecturingAnalytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experienceCommunication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skillsStrategic and operational management experienceAdvanced computer skills in Microsoft OfficeFluency in written and spoken EnglishDesired requirements:Extensive insurance business experience and knowledgeExtensive project experienceInternational work experience (min. 24 months)Prior leadership experienceTrained in project managementIf you already have international experience, or speak German or other languages, we would love to hear more!Did we spark your interest?
