Roles: Lead client engagements, build trusted relationships, expand business opportunities, and mentor staff.
Responsibilities Act as principal owner of client engagements; owning responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value strategies that address complex client issues.
Create and elevate new business opportunities through the identification of value-added follow-on work and new revenue opportunities with existing and new client organizations. Oversee the delivery in a Principal-in-Charge role for projects in area of expertise, with full responsibility to clients for quality, time and budget.
Lead thought-leadership and firm-building initiatives. Remain current on industry, client and competitive trends to anticipate new business challenges and issues with assigned clients.
