Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and strategic counsel to C-suite executives and senior management teams.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a remote environment.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities for new engagements and expanding existing client relationships.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of business performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a substantial portion in leadership roles (e.g., Principal, Partner, Director).
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale, complex strategic and operational transformation projects.
• Deep expertise across multiple functional areas (e.g., strategy, operations, digital, finance) and industry sectors.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive results in a remote work setting.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
