This is a remote position for a Principal ERP EAM/PM Functional Consultant with a global consulting firm.

What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with clients to understand business and operational requirements in the EAM/PM domain • Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and lead process design • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document solution blueprints • Configure and implement key maintenance processes: equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work orders, and failure analysis • Help clients improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and meet compliance standards • Integrate SAP IAM tools (e.g., SAM, APM) to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency • Prepare project documentation, support data migration, cutover planning, and go‑live execution • Provide post‑go‑live support, end‑user training, and knowledge transfer • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and delivery excellence Requirements: • 10+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA consulting experience, including multiple full‑cycle implementations in EAM/PM • Deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management, including end‑to‑end process design and optimization • Proven experience working in a client‑facing role within a consulting or systems integrator environment • Strong understanding of cross‑functional integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM • SAP certifications in EAM or PM highly preferred • Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions (e.g., SAM, APM) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG‑EAM/MDG‑M) is a strong plus • Familiarity with Agile project delivery, and a track record of working effectively in global teams with offshore collaboration • Fluent in English, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills • Open to occasional travel as required by project scope; remote‑first setup possible depending on client location Benefits: • Remote work in European implementation and transformation projects • Limited traveling, only when really needed • Industry‑leading compensation and benefits • Working with the latest SAP technologies • Exposure to strategic projects, where you’ll be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results You’ll play a key role in global implementation projects, with access to structured training, clear career paths, and collaboration with experienced colleagues.
