For our clients in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for the position of **Process Excellence Consultant (Business Administration)** (Ref. 70241) based in Hamburg, Germany, to start immediately on a temporary staffing basis: Process Excellence Consultant (Business Administration) * Modeling (visualizing) processes across various functional areas within the Lufthansa Technik Group and the LH Group using the appropriate process modeling tool, while adhering to Process Excellence methodology * Supporting the continuous improvement of existing processes in collaboration and coordination with the respective Process Architect; coordinating modeled process content and related documents with the responsible Process Owner or Process Architect * Facilitating process design workshops * Initiating process improvements or adjustments regarding the Process Excellence process or IT tool, ensuring collaboration and communication align with the process management role concept (FAR+) * Acting as a multiplier for Process Excellence methodology and an advisor within the context of the Process Excellence process across the Lufthansa Technik Group and LH Group; answering user inquiries * Handling special tasks, managing and supporting projects, and advising specialist departments *Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):* * Completed university degree (or degree from a university of applied sciences) or equivalent skills and knowledge * Very good knowledge of the relevant components of the integrated management system, or a willingness to familiarize oneself with the associated methods and concepts * Good knowledge of the organization and operational workflows of the Lufthansa Technik Group or the LH Group * Very good German and English skills (business fluent) * Result-oriented mindset and actions that transcend individual business units * Very good IT skills (MS Office); very good knowledge and mastery of tools required for process documentation, such as modeling tools, document management systems, and project management software * Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methods and related systems * Excellent...
