Product Leader

Must-Have

We are seeking a Product Leader to own the roadmap, build, delivery, and ongoing support of Germany based Retail customer innovative digital proofs of concept (POCs) and pilots. This role translates business needs into clear, actionable user stories and delivers fast, measurable outcomes through disciplined Agile execution. Working closely with Germany and US teams, you will connect business priorities with technology delivery - taking initiatives from initial concept through pilot launch, evaluation, and recommendations to scale, refine, or stop.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Own the innovation roadmap: Prioritize digital POCs and pilots based on business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, and dependencies.

2. Translate requirements rapidly: Turn business opportunities and requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and a delivery-ready backlog.

3. Lead end-to-end delivery: Coordinate discovery, development, testing, launch, and ongoing pilot support, maintaining clear accountability.

4. Deliver through disciplined Agile execution: Establish delivery cadence, manage scope, remove blockers, and drive short feedback cycles to achieve outcomes quickly without compromising quality.

5. Collaborate across teams: Partner with EG Germany and EG US business, technology, and operational teams to align priorities, leverage shared capabilities, and resolve dependencies.
